Surviving are a daughter, Susan Beasley of Wooster; a son, Jim Clark of Louisville, Ky.; grandsons, Derrick Beasley and his wife, Susan of Louisville, Ky., and Justin Beasley and his wife, Dolores of Lemont, Ill.; and great-grandchildren, Jessica and Savanna Beasley of Lemont, Ill., and Lola Beasley of Louisville, Ky.
