Central Christian hosted the First Open Tennis Tournament this past Friday and Saturday, with nearly 70 players participating in nine divisions. The youngest age group was 12-and-under and the oldest was the 40-and-over. Both singles and doubles divisions were held in each age group.

Mary Dunn was the women's singles winner over Camille Meager, while Kirk Frey was the men's 39-and-under champ well as the 40-and- over singles winner over Joel Geiser and Tom Lee, respectively.
