YOUNGSTOWN (AP) -- A federal magistrate in Ohio has called four men charged in hair-cutting attacks on fellow Amish "a danger to the Amish community."

Multiple media outlets report U.S. Magistrate George Limbert in Youngstown said during a hearing on Wednesday the defendants are accused of "violent acts." He ordered them held without bail while they await trial on federal hate crime charges.
