SMITHVILLE -- Safety is the No. 1 concern of Carolyn Hutto, day lab supervisor for Midwest Innovations of Wooster. When her company bought a table saw so workers could construct birdhouses, tool boxes, craft boxes, signs and other wooden items to sell at their Benden Drive workshop, she wanted to make sure safety was a priority.
