WOOSTER -- Garlan Scheibe will celebrate his 95th birthday with an open house on Saturday from 2-4 p.m. at the home of his granddaughter, Paula (Dave) Bender, 3291 S. Firestone Road.
Scheibe was born Jan. 30, 1914, and married Clella Dennis in 1935. They had four sons, Clifford (Carol) and Marvin (Debbie), both of Wooster, Duane (Donna) of Jeromesville and Dwight (Sandy) of Shreve.
