ORRVILLE -- A 19-year-old Orrville man was arrested early Sunday morning after he led city police officers on a chase following a theft.
According to reports, Orrville police were dispatched at 4 a.m. to assist Wayne County Sheriff's deputies with a theft offense that was occurring at Stoller's Lawn and Garden on Back Orrville Road, just outside Orrville's westernmost city limits.See the full content of this document
