Summary
I tried to pay our state sales tax today for my husband's sculpture studio. We used to pay it every month by filling out a paper form and sending along a check. Due to various changes over the years we are now required to pay it every six months, which is bad enough -- but now it has to be online.
In order to accomplish this you have to establish an account with a user name and a password. Here is where it gets tricky. The password has to have a certain number of letters, numbers and signs.
