Edward E. Mitten, 44, 6867 Township Road 309, Millersburg, was fined $850 for driving while under the influence of alcohol. He was placed on three years probation and he must complete an alcohol assessment and counseling.

Thomas Miller, 46, 863 Massillon Road, Lot 27, Millersburg, was fined $400 for DUI and must complete alcohol school.

Jay E. Freewalt, 46, 800 S. Washington St., Lot 222, Millersburg, was fined $600 for DUI.
