WOOSTER -- The Wayne County Association of Trustees and Fiscal Offices met Friday at 7 p.m.. President Tom Leatherman opened the meeting and offered the invocation.

John Wise, Wayne County Emergency manager, presented the program on Homeland Security and how his department and the county are dealing with National Incident Management Systems. NIMS affects all departments in the county, especially areas with greater than 5,000 population. He also talked about the new Declaration of Material Assistance form needed to be completed by business contractors for a contract with an annual aggregate amount greater than $100,000.
